After a long and successful career, Neil has decided that the time is right to retire from Dalehead Veterinary Group. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Neil for his hard work and dedication over the last 42 years. Neil has also asked us to relay the following message to you:

“I have never considered working at Dalehead as just a job, it has always been a way of life for me. From first seeing practice over 50 years ago and with my father having worked for the practice, the family has had continuous links with Dalehead for over 85 years. I am immensely proud of how the practice has evolved, developed and expanded over the years and to have contributed a very small part to that process.

Having been in hospital for the last 10 days being treated for kidney failure, I have now been diagnosed with myeloma, a blood cancer that can affect the kidneys, it is treatable but not curable. I realise that now is the time to step back from practice life and concentrate on my health and it
has been mutually agreed with the Directors that I retire with immediate effect.

-I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dalehead due in no small part to the amazing friendships formed with clients over many years for which I am very grateful. I look forward to seeing many of you socially during my recuperation. I have a new mobile number 07852116868.
